Health Plan Alternatives offers full service administration of your company's COBRA Program.

COBRA administration includes:

• Notification to employee upon employment of rights under COBRA
• Notification to employee/dependents upon qualifying event by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested
• Determination of premium under COBRA
• Follow-up to determine acceptance or rejection of COBRA within time requirements
• Follow through with continuant during COBRA participation until eligibility expires
• Billing and collection of premium due monthly
• Certificate of Insurance for HIPAA
• Consults on changes in the COBRA rules and regulations

Fees are set on a flat monthly rate.
